**Cancellation & No-Show Policy** As a dedicated beauty professional, I value your time and want to ensure that all clients have the opportunity to book their desired appointments. In order to maintain a smooth and fair scheduling process, please review the following cancellation policy: **1. Cancellation Policy** - **24-Hour Notice**: To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify me 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting. - **Short Notice Cancellations (Less than 24 hours)**: If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a **30% cancellation fee** will be charged. **2. No-Show Policy** - **Failure to Attend**: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the 30% as a no-show fee. If you no-show a second time, you will be charge the no-show fee and no longer be able to schedule further appointments with me. **3. Late Arrivals** - **Late to Appointment**: If you arrive late to your appointment, the appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client, and you will still be charged the full service fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply. **4. Emergency Situations** - I understand that emergencies can happen. If you are unable to keep your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you. I reserve the right to waive or reduce cancellation fees based on the situation. **5. Rescheduling** - If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify me 24 hours in advance of your appointment. I will do my best to accommodate you at a convenient time, but rescheduling less than the 24-hour window will incur a cancellation fee.
